About Second City Tennis PDF Print E-mail
Second City Tennis (SCT) is a not-for-profit subsidiary of the Chicago Metropolitan Sports Association (CMSA) and organizes tennis and related social activities serving the gay and lesbian community of Chicago.
 
SCT has been offering tennis programs since 1987, formed its first Board of Directors in 1998 and currently has over 700 members. SCT members include men and women at all skill levels, living throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.
 
SCT leagues and programs include a summer singles league, a winter doubles league, an annual member party and other programs and events. Each August, SCT also hosts the Second City Tennis Classic, a regular stop on the Gay and Lesbian Tennis Alliance (GLTA) 40-tournament worldwide tour.
